This was a great stay for our family of five! The place is perfectly central and walking distance to everything you need and want in Ubud. The staff were absolutely amazing and so attentive, they really made my mums bday special! If you book the larger villa just be aware there are two flights of stairs that are a bit steep but we loved the tree house feel of the place. There is some maintenance needed on the floors and upstairs shower but we didn’t really notice as we loved our time there over Xmas.

The Villa is stunningly picturesque in every detail. It’s cosy and clean. I loved the mosquito net over the bed, complimentary natural bug repellent and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Those details elevated my experience. The staff was exceptional, they setup a WhatsApp group making communication very easy. I enjoyed many dishes offered, especially Balinese Dadar Gulung (pandan pancakes). The location was close to boutiques, restaurants, warungs and massage salons. Also a reasonable walk to Monkey Forest and yoga studios (Lumieria and Heart Space). Would stay here again!

The moment you step into sanctuary villas it feels like a dream, the architecture and flow of the place, the warm staff that greet you, the details that are provided in the house and through service. |The houses themselves feel luxurious, clean, quiet and so beautiful with so many instagram moments! |The breakfast was outstanding, far exceeded expectations, the staff couldn’t do enough for us, just a WhatsApp message away from catering to any need they were so kind! |You are in the centre of ubud but it really doesn’t feel that way it’s so peaceful and quiet here, location felt extremely accessible and walkable even. |We stayed in both the large and smaller houses and both experiences were lovely, the larger houses though are next level! ||The beds were so comfy and it was easy to get the rooms nice and cool, and I’m really picky!|I really don’t have anything bad to say, we would highly recommend!

This is truly one of the best villas you can stay at in Ubud. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality and attention to detail made my stay very special. I’ve stayed at many resorts and villas in Ubud, but I’ve never experienced a place like this before. Trust me and give this place a try at least once — you won’t regret it! -gede kim-

Great Location! Walking distance to restaurants, atms, shops, and bars. We had a great stay. Staff was very helpful, and the Villa stunning 🤩 We stayed in the 3 bedroom Villa. We did receive the visit of monkeys early in the mornings, as the place is close to the Monkey Forest. Anyway we kept the doors closed, and they remained outside. Keep it in mind if you do not fancy them.
