Kami dan keluarga menikmati liburan selama 4 hari. Di sana kami di sajikan dengan sarapan yang begitu enak. Staf ||||yang sangat ramah dan profesional.||Ketika kami datang mereka menyambut dengan penuh senyum. ||Saya sangat merekomendasikan tempat ini untuk keluarga dan pasangan.

Our family of 4 had a brilliant stay at the Sanctuary for a week, enjoying the beautiful villa, super friendly and helpful service of the staff (thank you Arman and crew!!) and the incredible island. The staff members helped us with everything and anything we needed, and it was so fun and relaxing there. Highly recommend for anyone wanting some quiet island time, snorkeling, diving, and biking across the island. It's leisurely, but as long as you enjoy water and peace, this is the place to be For families - there's a Play cafe around the corner that have a lovely playground and offer babysitting services. Our kids were happy there while we went diving!!

The villas are very nice, well kept and with a small but refreshing pool in the yard. Arman and his team are very helpful with every wish we had.

Die unglaublich geschmackvolle und komfortable Villa liegt zentral, aber dennoch sehr ruhig mitten in Gili Air. Überall auf der Insel kann man sich für circa 2,50 € pro Tag ein Fahrrad ausleihen, was wirklich zu empfehlen ist. Die Villa hat zwei Schlafzimmer, welche beide über ein eigenes Bad und Klimaanlage verfügen. Man hat sehr viel Schränke und Staufläche und eine gut eingerichtete Küche mit Trinkwasserspender. Wunderschön ist der private Pool mit zwei Sonnenliegen und Frühstücksecke. Sowohl das untere Schlafzimmer als auch das offene Wohnzimmer grenzen direkt an den Pool. Das absolute Highlight sind jedoch die Mitarbeiter, die sich um jeden Wunsch der Gäste kümmern. Sie sind immer bestens gelaunt, und helfen einem beim Organisieren. Jeden Morgen bringen Sie ein traumhaftes Frühstück in den privaten Außenbereich der Villa. Am Vorabend kann man aus drei Frühstücksmenüs und der gewünschten Uhrzeit wählen. Es gibt entweder die herzhafte Variante mit Omelette und Brot, eine Müsli Bowl mit frischem Obst und Joghurt, oder Pancakes. Zu jedem Frühstück gibt es eine Obstplatte, dazu einen Obstshake nach Wahl und Tee oder Kaffee. Die gute Laune und Lebensfreude der Mitarbeiter machen den Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Villa zu etwas ganz Besonderem.

We stayed at The Sanctuary Villas as a family and were absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome – a cold towel and a refreshing welcome drink set the tone for the rest of our stay. The villas are located in a quiet area, yet still close to the beach and several restaurants, which was perfect for us. There was plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, and the kids loved the pool, which stayed cool even on the hottest days. Very nice. The staff were amazing – always helpful and attentive no matter what we needed. When we went out late at night, they even offered us a lamp – a small gesture that meant a lot, especially since the roads can be very dark and lack lighting. We also really appreciated the water dispenser with both hot and cold water in the villa. It saved us many trips to the store and was super convenient for drinks and coffee/tea. The villa itself was well-designed with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and good storage. Having two bathrooms – both with showers – was invaluable for a family. There was even an outdoor shower! Breakfast was a true highlight, with something for everyone. Our kids loved the pancakes, and I highly recommend the granola bowl – absolutely delicious! We honestly have nothing negative to say about our stay. This is a place where every little detail feels well thought out. We’d love to return and give it a solid 5 out of 5 stars!
