Absolutely loved this place 😍

We had a very stressful and disappointing stay at this villa. During our trip, the property was affected by severe storm flooding, with water entering the electrical and pump room. As a result, the villa lost all power and electrical services for three days, making it completely uninhabitable! We were forced to move out, despite not wanting to, and were placed in a temporary location. We were then told we could return to the villa, only for that decision to be suddenly reversed and for us to be told we had to leave again. The situation was chaotic, poorly managed, and caused significant stress and disruption to our holiday. To make matters worse, the owner refused to provide a full refund, despite the villa being unusable due to circumstances beyond our control and was in in complete working order when we arrived with pool being broken and water machine! This all happened over the Christmas and New Year period, which completely ruined what was meant to be an important and long-planned break. The thing that was the most disappointing, I went to drop off a cup 2 days later and it turns out they had let another family move in despite knowing all the issues and telling us it was not liveable! Soo cheeky and untrustworthy. I would strongly caution anyone considering booking this property. Poor handling and lack of accountability, of a serious issue with the villa manager then doesn't reply to any message to get away from it!!!! .
