MANGKUN VILLAS UBUD

Je mets cet avis parce que un séjour décevant, une villa agréable mais un personnel avec un gros manque de confiance. Le personnel rentre dans les chambres alors que les portes sont fermés pour dérobés de l’argent et des objets de valeurs dans les sacs en nous disant que les chambres doivent etres nettoyés mais ne le sont pas depuis 4 jours. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

We had a really great time in Ubud in this villa. The staff was great ! Friendly and at our service. We had a perfect day with the driver Gusti around Ubud and Kadek organized everything we need for the rest of our trip. A big Thank you ! Her smile and sens of service was exceptional. Suksma 🙏🏽

Very disappointing and unsafe experience. More than €800 in cash and a watch were stolen from our locked room. The staff denied everything, however they were the only ones who had access to the rooms, which were locked at the time. The villa manager was fully aware of our schedule. While we were away on a Mount Batur trip, someone most likely entered the rooms and stole our belongings. Additionally, one of our friends stayed at the villa, and the manager attempted to enter his room while he was inside with his partner, which is completely unacceptable. The owner refuses any responsibility and denies the incident, making us look like liars and refusing any compensation. ⚠️ I strongly do not recommend this villa and advise future guests to be extremely cautious with their valuables and the stage

Very nice villa with all the comfort you need, views, terrace , pool, etc. The staff was very nice , Gusti helped us to arrange everything, massages, tours, and always happy!! I recommend it to everyone

Stayed here for three nights. Rooms are spacious, the whole place is huge! Very nice location, far from the noisy and busy Ubud center, but close enough by scooter. Our host was fantastic, helped us in many ways, from scooter rentals, to drivers and tours. Service was great, breakfast was copious and good. Bali is humid, so are houses, but frankly this house is well maintained. A big plus was the pool table 😜

The staff were lovely but the accommodation is not as described. Most surfaces are infested with mould and the smell permeates everywhere. Look behind every cushion and you will find mould. The steep me staircase is very dangerous. Worst is the owner Jimmy. Beware he is not very upfront with charges. The description on booking.com advised most transport was covered and then surprised us with a large bill. He preferred cash, quoted an exorbitant fee to pay by card, then told us the eftpos machine was broken and wanted a wise transfer. The premises is not secure, and we did not feel comfortable leaving the children to sleep downstairs. The bathrooms are mouldy, and the shower heads are almost all broken. The smell in them was unbearable. The power often failed and we had to call staff to fix it. I would not stay here again.

Attention les photos ne reflète absolument pas la réalité. La villa est insalubre. Les salle de bain et toilette sont également sales et pour certaine inutilisable.les extérieurs ne sont pas entretenus, de la moisissures partout qui donne un aspect vieillisant et impropre à la location. Une vitre d’une des chambres est fendu en deux et de ce fait très coupante. Nous avons décider de partir de cette villa 5 jours avant. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, passer votre chemin.
