We had such an amazing stay here through airbnb. The location is truly unique — you’re right in the middle of the jungle, surrounded by wildlife and it still feels incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Staying here felt like a real adventure. There’s even a small path leading down to a private river, which made the experience even more special. It’s also the perfect spot if you’re planning to visit the Aling-Aling Waterfall or go dolphin watching. The staff were absolutely wonderful and so kind throughout our stay. They arranged a scooter and prepared breakfast for us on our last morning. We also really appreciated how they helped search for an item we lost in the house and kindly offered discount on our transportation. Thank you so much for having us — we truly hope to come back again someday! 💚 A few things to keep in mind before staying here: the house is completely open, so if you’re not used to that kind of experience, it’s good to be prepared. Since you’re surrounded by nature and the jungle, there can be quite a few mosquitoes as well. Also, there is no air conditioning — only fans — but it fits the natural, jungle-style atmosphere of the place.

Fantastic stay with our family of four! The bamboo house brings a tranquil vibe and the ladies Ketut and Rita took care of every single request we had. Breakfast with eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit and coffee in the morning is delicious. The space is apt for young children (ours are 7 and 2). They loved the chicken, goats and all interesting insects that came by. The surrounding has some great options for food and we enjoyed our day at the waterfalls with natural slides and high jumps in the water. A scooter was provided for us, which is handy to get around. Going slow over the well-paved but not so wide streets is a good idea. Meanwhile soaking up magical views of the rice fields, jungle and local customs.

Magical place with lots of privacy. Very quaint bamboo house on top of a hill, overlooking the city. We loved swimming in the river and climbing the rocks on the edge of the property. You will be very close to a lot of dragonflies, bugs, birds, bats, and they also have some chickens and goats you can hang out with. The hosts are super helpful and we got delicious breakfast prepared on site every morning.

I stayed here with my boyfriend and it is one of the coolest places we’ve stayed, you’re literally in the middle of the jungle, there is so much wildlife around but it’s so peaceful at the same time. Felt like a proper adventure staying there and there’s a little walkway down to a private river which was pretty cool! Perfect location if you want to go to Aling Aling waterfalls and swim with dolphins! The staff were all incredible and so so nice, they made breakfast for us both mornings! Beautiful bamboo villa with a very nice view. The staff, Wulan and Ketut, are super nice and immediately arranged a rental car for us. Next to the villa is a river in the valley, which feels like a kind of private river to cool off in.
