Overall experience of the villa was ok. The housekeeping staff Ari was of great help. We had a wonderful time thanks to him. The pool is quite comfortable but the bathrooms in the bedrooms in the group floor don't have a door. I had lot of discomfort. The hand showers water speed is quite less and one of the bathroom on the first floor was continuously stinking. The villa is very close to the main road surrounded by shops and restaurants. The kitchen has enough cutlery for 12 people and since we were a big group we cooked our own food. Bin tang supermarket is quite close to the villa and has all the things required. Lots of people offering taxi services nearby. Overall good experience

Have just spent 8 days at this villa and seriously cannot fault anything. With 5 adults and 5 kids (ages 8-16) you would possibly expect to be on top of each other but the villa is well set out and this was never a problem. Having a t.v in every room was a godsend. A special thank you to the staff, Ari and the others were friendly polite and always willing to assist, they cleaned and tidied the villa every day with fresh linen and towels. Would highly recommend this villa for any length of stay, if I could give it more than five stars I would.

Spacious needs renovations My family and I arrived to Villa Ashmik and stayed for the Christmas to new year period. We were so kindly greated by the owners and villa staff. They had Kindy set up a small Christmas tree that I had asked for and also came with a beautiful cake and flowers Christmas Day we were so appreciative of their kindness as people. The villa had great room and the size fitted our families perfectly. The star of the villa had to be the staff there they were absolutely amazing and nothing was no trouble for them they were definitely a highlight to the Villa Ashmik. There are some things I would like families to know before they book here as for us pictures do not show anything until you arrive. Every room in the villa smelt like mold and stinky socks, the scents they have put into the rooms to try and cover the smells is so over powering it makes you feel sick, the roof up stairs on the right started leaking a lot onto my sisters bedroom floor, the sides of the pool is all coming apart falling into the water and outside there was only a small table with 4 seats definitely not enough for 12 people to sit at. For us personally we will not be returning only because the place is run down. Thank you to the staff and owners for having us.

Fantastic Villa for small to large families or groups. Sleeps up to 13 people 6 bedrooms 5 bathrooms what a pleasure. Paul and staff are always friendly, courteous and super helpful with their local knowledge.
