L emplacement est très bien, les villas sont neuves mais mes 3 nuits là bas m ont extrêmement déçue... L accueil est au départ sympa mais on a déchanté ensuite... La personne qui nous a accueillis le premier jour ne nous disait même pas bonjour le matin au petit déjeuner... Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un café collé aux villas . Il y a beaucoup de choix pour les clients extérieurs mais peu et surtout les plats les moins chers pour les clients des villas. Pour 110€ la nuit il faut choisir entre le café ou le jus de fruits sinon c'est facturé en plus... A Bali c'est l hôtel le plus cher que nous avons fait pour nous faire plaisir à la fin le petit déjeuner est vraiment nul par rapport aux autres hôtels même à 30/40€ la nuit. Le petit déjeuner se prend avec deux chiens là en permanence qui ne font que d aboyer et mettent les pattes sur les tables... Le matelas extérieur à côté de la piscine est vraiment sale , il colle, il y a les traces de pieds dessus je pense qu'il n est jamais nettoyé. À noter qu'il y a beaucoup de vis à vis entre les villas et qu il n'y a pas de rideaux au RDC ... Bref énorme déception mauvais rapport qualité prix

This brand new villas was the perfect location. Tucked in a dead end street and walking distance to the iconic kuta beach skate park and halfway surf. Was the perfect weekend getaway for us and our families. Highly recommend

水質極度污濁！ 沖涼水非常污糟。我之前在另外兩間酒店住了六天，花灑過濾器都沒有變色，但在這裡住一天就把整個過濾器弄到全黑，可想而知水質有多差。 水電設施問題嚴重： 水壓極低，根本用不了。酒店說整個大區域停電，但又叫我們去附近的姊妹酒店。如果真的是大範圍停電，為什麼姊妹酒店有電？明顯有矛盾，對於這些問題，酒店推搪是外部問題 完全不賠償也不處理。 清潔衛生差： 房間只打掃表面，其他地方完全沒理。最誇張的是雪櫃裡還有煙肉，證明根本沒有清潔過。 下午5點後無人服務： 5點後完全找不到人，有問題也沒人理。說有保安但不知道在哪裡。晚上對面很嘈，保安也不管。 回覆極慢： 說網絡不好所以WhatsApp很遲才回，有時等很久。而且他們再前台確認訊息後 一直等我司機走了才帶到我入房間放下東西 他才告訴我設備出問題，讓我變得很被動。冇辦法離開到其他地方以及非常熱的天氣完全沒有冷氣 超級少水！！而且冇電 冇辦法吹頭！什麼都做不了！ 服務態度差： 整體態度冷淡，有問題只會找藉口，完全不想負責任。面對設備問題完全沒有人和我對接 花了我一大半天 熱 完成水上活動 無法休息 無法洗澡 ！ 不推薦入住這間villa，設施、清潔、服務都很差。 Extremely Disappointing - 1/5 Extremely Dirty Water Quality! The shower water was very dirty. I stayed at two other hotels for six days and my shower filter stayed clean, but here it turned completely black after just one day. You can imagine how bad the water quality is. Serious Water and Electricity Problems: Water pressure was extremely low and barely usable. The hotel said there was a power outage in the entire big area, but then recommended we go to their sister hotel nearby. If it was really a large-scale outage, why did the sister hotel have electricity? Obviously contradictory. For these problems, the hotel blamed external issues and offered no compensation or solution. No air conditioning soooo hotttt Poor Cleaning: They only cleaned the obvious surfaces and ignored everything else. Worst of all, there was bacon left in the fridge, proving they never properly cleaned. No Service After 5 PM: After 5 PM, no staff available. When you have problems, no one helps. They say there's security but we never knew where they were. It was very noisy across from us at night and security did nothing. Extremely Slow Responses: They claimed bad network so WhatsApp replies were extremely delayed. Sometimes had to wait very long. Moreover, after confirming messages at the front desk, they deliberately waited until my driver left before bringing me to the room to put down my things, and only then told me about the equipment problems. This put me in a very passive situation with no way to leave for another place. In extremely hot weather, there was completely no air conditioning, very little water, and no electricity to blow dry my hair! Couldn't do anything! Poor Service Attitude: Overall attitude was cold. When problems came up, they just made excuses and didn't want to take responsibility. Facing equipment problems, no one coordinated with me. It wasted half my day—hot, after completing water activities, unable to rest, unable to shower! Don't recommend this villa. Facilities, cleaning, and service are all terrible.
