Amazing agency. We booked Vills Luwih maybe 6 months before covid. They were so helpful when we advised we couldn't travel due to the borders being closed on Australia even though they weren't in Indonesia at the time. They allowed us to keep the villa as a credit in which we have just come back. We are so grateful they allowed us to keep this as a credit and not cancel us as we know a lot of friends that completely lost all of their money with cancelled trips. The villa was incredible. They respond in a timely manner and also friendly on the phone. Highly recommend.

The Chat facility on Bali Luxury Villas is fantastic for planning a last minute Bali getaway. Cakri, the Reservation agent is extremely helpful, clear and understanding. Bali is amazing and I highly recommend booking your trip through Bali Luxury Villas as they, by far, seem to have all the best places to stay.

Quotations take forever, Requires almost 20 emails to confirm a booking. Then they convert the US $ published rate into the local currency and charge 12,3% above XE Exchange Rate but do nothing when you point their error out but insist that they must charge the wrong rate and make you, the guest, pay the exorbetent invoice ! Without a doubt, these are the most inefficient agent in Bali and with all the villa agents there, that spells DISASTER. Use a different agent, get a better rate, don't get ripped off and enjoy your holiday without any stress.or turmoil.

In 2010 We stayed during 3 weeks in a villa managed by Bali Luxury Villas in the south of Bali with wonderful ocean views. Bali Luxury Villas's concierge was very fast and thorough in attending to our various wishes such as in-villa yoga or in-villa Spa. Great Staff and service.

Great luxury rental villas, and a verify efficient and friendly team. Way more inspiring than any 5* Hotel! Their particular advantage is that everyone I met from the team truly cares about the customer's experience and wants every single guest to be completely satisfied and happy in the environment!
