Iseng coba ternyata pijatannya benar-benar enak, pijatannya profesional, terapisnya fokus memijat tidak ada obrolan lain. Setelah pijat disini, pijat di tempat lain jadi berasa "gak enak"nya. Saya akan kembali lagi kesini dan saya jadikan langganan Minus hasil scrubnya kurang nampol, ruang bilas/shower roomnya terlalu gelap, sayangnya tidak ada teh hangat adanya teh dingin

Tempat Spa nya nyaman, enak dan bersih. Terapisnya ramah dan pijatannya enak. Produk yang di gunakan harumnya membuat relax.

Très bel établissement situé au sixième étage de l’hôtel Westin à Surabaya. L’établissement est très beau, propre et élégant. Je m’attendais à l’utilisation de produits l’Occitane pour le massage mais rien du tout!!! 90 minutes de massage très décevant car je grelotais tellement la Clim était basse, et la praticienne n’était pas très professionnelle. Pour moi ce n’était pas un massage mais des effleurements!!! Déçue……

The spa facilities are pretty nice since it is new. It is located within the Westin Surabaya on the sixth floor by the pool. The therapist that helped me had over a decade’s worth of experience. She was able to get some knots out of my shoulder. Supplies used during the session were all L’Occitane. They also send you off with some travel sized L’Occitane shampoo, conditioner, and bath wash. Payment was easy as you can just charge everything to the room. Overall, it was a good experience. I plan on utilizing this spa again when I come back to Surabaya.

It was a nice experienced we had here, they provide a checklist to get to know more about you and which part you need the treatment focus on, also the staff are very warm and the service was good, trying the Aromacholgy massage for 90 minutes and it was totally good, not only that we had this compliments on package and special discount for 50%. Don't forget to make a reservation when you need to find an indulgence way to spent relaxing moment, and yes they are located on 6th floor of Westin Surabaya

Had a great spa treatment here. As we enter the lobby, walk down the stair to the treatment room and spend sixty to ninety minutes in it, all the way we are spoiled with a wonderful scent. An alternative place to self-pamper yourself while in west surabaya.

My masseur, Adrienne, was really skilful. It’s really one of the best Javanese massage I’ve ever experienced. The entire massage experience was worth the money paid. Bagus sekali 👍
