My experience at Wellness by The Legian Seminyak was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I began my visit with an incredible Hatha yoga class with Mba Putri, followed by a warm welcome from Bu Desi, who was so knowledgeable and gave me a fantastic overview of the entire wellness area. The facilities here are exceptionally complete, with a top notch gym and hot and cold plunge pools that were the perfect way to relax and chill out after my massage. I also loved learning that they grow their own vegetables and flowers to use around the resort, which is such a beautiful touch. The upkeep of the place is flawless thanks to Pak Yulisman, who takes care of the garden and facilities, keeping everything spotless, well stocked, and beautifully maintained. A huge shout out to Kak Alfirsta as well, because the vibes here are just immaculate! This is a true wellness paradise in Seminyak, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I really love the treatment here. I tried the Balinese massage and it turns out they use a special technique that feels different from other spas! The therapist’s service is also amazing, they’ve been certified and have more than 15 years of experience, and also the vitality room facilities are amazing as well. I love the ambiance, the oils they use are so calming and relaxing for my whole body. Totally worth the money✨

The Legian Seminyak Bali continues to set the standard for luxury wellness. I recently tried their newest relaxation experience combining herbal tea ritual, immersive sound therapy, and a beautifully calming private setting. Lying back with spatial sound moving gently from ear to ear created an incredibly soothing effect — within minutes I felt completely relaxed and mentally reset. Simple, elegant, and surprisingly powerful. I honestly wished the session lasted longer. A wonderful addition to The Legian’s already exceptional wellness offerings and a must-try while in Seminyak.

The Wellness Center at The Legian Seminyak offers a truly relaxing and restorative experience. Entering the wellness center, the scent of essential oils in the air immediately sets the tone for relaxation. Guests are welcomed with a choice between two herbal teas, we chose the relaxing option, which was a nice touch before the treatment. Prior to the massage, you're invited to complete a short form highlighting any health concerns and areas of focus for the therapist to tailor the session to your need. The treatment room itself are clean, peaceful and well appointed. Music plays in the background blending in with the gentle sound of the waves, which you can see right infront of you. As someone who rarely sleeps during massages, I managed to snooze off during the session as the entire atmosphere were tranquil and great for unwinding. Each treatment room includes its own shower and bathtub, which I preferred for privacy. The therapists were highly professional and made sure the whole experience felt attentive and personal, including asking whether the pressure needed any adjustment. Overall, it was a well-rounded Balinese massage in a setting that’s both therapeutic and great for decompressing. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a Balinese massage with a fully immersive atmosphere and beautiful Bali views.

Tried their new Sound Journey treatment and it was such an amazing, relaxing experience! It really helped me wind down, disconnect from the noise in my head, and become more mindful of the calming auditory stimulation. I’ve never experienced anything quite like this before. I would definitely recommend everyone to try it, as the experience can vary for each individual. I felt completely at ease after just a 10-minute treatment. We recently enjoyed a one-hour couple massage at Wellness by The Legian Seminyak, and it was fantastic. Upon arrival, we were offered tea and a selection of oils to choose from. The massage room had a stunning ocean view, adding to the overall relaxing ambiance. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the massage itself was the most relaxing we’ve ever experienced. The masseuses were highly professional and did an amazing job, especially helping my partner with his back pain. We highly recommend Wellness by The Legian Seminyak for a truly exceptional spa experience.
