tempatnya nyaman banget, asri karna banyak tanaman, jika sedang melakukan treatment ada yang bisa nunggu karna ada restaurant juga. makanan di restaurantnya juga enak enak ! jadi gak akan bosen nunggu. Treatmentnya juga so good !!!! 100% akan kembali lagi !!!

Our stay at Kharista Bali Retreat was truly amazing. The spa was excellent, the entire resort was very clean, and every staff member was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. It is a perfect place for a honeymoon. We were especially impressed by the thoughtful honeymoon decorations, including the cake and towel arrangement — such a lovely surprise. But more than anything, what touched us the most was the outstanding service and hospitality. The facilities are wonderful, but the kindness and care from the staff are simply beyond words. We stayed in Gili the day before and arrived at Padang Bai, where they kindly arranged a direct pickup for us. Thanks to that, we were able to continue our travel plans smoothly without any delays. Highly recommended — truly one of the best experiences we’ve had in Bali. Kharista Bali Retreat에서의 숙박은 정말 최고의 경험이었습니다. 스파도 너무 좋았고, 숙소 전체가 매우 청결했으며, 모든 직원분들이 정말 친절하고 따뜻하게 대해주셔서 머무는 내내 기분이 좋았습니다. 허니문으로 오기에 정말 완벽한 곳이라고 생각합니다. 허니문 케이크와 수건 데코레이션도 매우 인상적이었고, 세심하게 준비해주신 마음이 느껴져 감동이었습니다. 무엇보다 가장 감동적이었던 것은 시설 그 자체보다도 이곳의 서비스와 직원분들의 진심 어린 친절함이었습니다. 말로 다 표현할 수 없을 만큼 따뜻한 배려를 받았습니다. 전날 길리섬에 머물다가 빠당바이로 나왔는데, 직접 픽업을 와주셔서 이동이 지연되지 않고 다음 여행 일정을 편하게 이어갈 수 있었습니다. 이런 세심한 시스템 덕분에 더욱 만족스러운 여행이 되었습니다. 발리에서의 최고의 숙소 중 하나였고, 진심으로 추천하고 싶은 곳입니다.

Ambiance 5-star Comfort 5-star Cleanliness 5-star Service 5-star Massage quality 4.5-star Tried the 2-hour Ultimate Bali experience on Klook. It was overall a pleasant experience. Response was prompt on WhatsApp to make the booking, and arrange the time and pickup (complimentary for certain packages, if within Canggu area). Building architectures were traditional with a relaxing ambiance, both the exterior and interior. Wide range of oils to select from — lavender, lemon grass, jasmine, rosewood, etc. The Balinese massage in the experience was not the very best but certainly above average. The masseurs were polite and friendly. Professional standard. Away from the hustles of the busy Canggu traffic, it’s one of the few massage parlors in the area offering tranquility in the room with sounds of nature and whistling birds from time to time. I’d recommend it to anyone staying around the Canggu area. The prices were reasonable and seemed at par with the big group Svaha Spa (with several shops in Canggu), but Kharista excelled in terms of spaciousness of the room and surroundings offering a relaxing ambiance and enjoyable experience.

정말 멋진 숙소였어요! 룸컨디션, 수영장 모두 너무 깨끗하고 무엇보다 조용해서 좋았습니다. 가장 좋은 점은 직원분들 모두 너무 친절하시고 왓츠앱으로 메세지 보내면 바로바로 처리해주셔서 여행의 피로를 줄이고 질을 높였네요👍

I was looking for a nice birthday treat for my boyfriend and had a really lovely experience at Kharista Spa. It was such a great touch that they offer complimentary pickup and drop-off within Batu Bolong, which made everything super convenient. The facilities are beautiful, with individual huts that give you a private, relaxing space to fully enjoy the massage and scrub. What made it even more special was that after our session, they surprised us with a birthday cake — something I truly didn’t expect, especially since I was told at reception that there weren’t any birthday arrangements. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made the experience feel extra personal. Thank you to the team for making our celebration so memorable!
