I had the pleasure of being treated by Indah. After an incredible 90-minute COMO Shambhala Massage on my first day, I was so impressed that I immediately booked another hour of deep tissue work for the next day. Indah is so nice and professional. She had an intuitive understanding of my body’s needs; without me saying a word, she identified and released the deep tension and provides genuine myofascial release on my neck, shoulders, and back. This experience has built my trust in the COMO brand. Even as a non-hotel guest, I received welcomed, professional service. If you are looking for nice massage quality, here is the place you look for. I will definitely return for sure!

I had an amazing 90-minute Como shambala massage with therapist Indah and a 45-min back massage with therapist Ari the following day during my stay at the hotel. Both therapists were extremely skilfull, managing a delicate balance between a relaxing massage and targeting my problematic lower back. Special praise has to be given to Indah for her thoughtfulness and kindness which elevated the overall experience. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Bali. A shout-out to the very accommodating front desk staff who helped to set up the appointments and make last minute changes.

I had the 60-minute COMO Shambhala Massage and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ve been in Bali for over two years now, so I’ve tried a lot; this one really stood out. The therapist was amazing, super intuitive and really understood my body. I felt she worked through so much tightness. The changing facilities are beautiful, and I used the steam room after which made the experience even better. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend.

I have been in Bali for six weeks and have had the fortune of having seven spa treatments at Como Shambala. This is one of the best spas in Bali. Everything about the spa is of the highest quality. The reception staff including Masri are great. Suwendra the spa manager is often around and chats to the customers to make you feel welcome. Bookings are handled very professionally. The reception waiting area and massage rooms are fantastic with showers and toilets in the room. The best thing about the spa though is the amazingly comfortable massage beds and the massage therapists. I have had Widia and she is amazing. She gave me the most amazing massages and conversation was always pleasant. They know every kind of massage technique there, the staff are really well trained. My partner had some massages there too and she loved them. I definitely plan on making the spa part of my future trips to Bali because it leaves you feeling so relaxed and content.

An absolutely blissful experience! I booked a Spa Package for my husband's birthday, which included yoga class and massage. From start to end the experience was luxurious and so super friendly, easy and accommodating. The staff and massage therapists were honestly the loveliest people, no request too small. The massage itself was the best we've had in Bali (the massage tables were like clouds), it's the small details that make all the difference and comfort (we've been to a few) and we both think it was better than the Spa experience we've had at the Burj Al Arab, I think that says something! Topped off by a delicious, top notch lunch at the Beach restaurant overlooking crashing waves, perfect day.
