kemarin sempat diajak tour ke koro karena kebetulan kerja di kawasan yang sama dekat dengan koro. arsitektur dan bangunannya sangat kental dengan nuansa jepang dan suasana yang disajikan tenang dan nyaman, apalagi langsung berhadapan dengan laut. keren pokoknya cocok untuk segala jenis grup. terima kasih

A brilliant location right above Nyanyi Beach. A very clever menu: lunch, sunset snacks and then dinner. Absolutely magnificent, especially at sunset. The cuisine is French-Italian fusion – that’s how it’s billed, so you know exactly what to expect despite the location. The staff’s links to the regional cookery school and their support for local training are highly commendable. Unfortunately, there’s hardly any regional connection in the food itself. On request, there’s an Indonesian wine – lovely! Alongside that, fish imported from Normandy. Visually, the dishes are beautifully presented. High quality, with flavours ranging from good to very good. Even taking into account the effort, the ambience and the staff, the price level is (still) far too high for a new restaurant with no reputation or (Michelin) award in this still very quiet location. Bold – but a bit too much.

Koro Bali is truly exceptional. From the moment you arrive, the setting takes your breath away — the location is absolutely beautiful, with a serene, thoughtfully designed space that feels both elegant and relaxed. It creates the perfect atmosphere to slow down and fully enjoy the experience. The chefs are extraordinarily talented. Every dish was beautifully presented, perfectly balanced, and genuinely phenomenal — full of depth, creativity, and care. You can taste the quality in every bite. What made it even more memorable was the staff. They were warm, attentive, and so genuinely lovely that we felt completely looked after from start to finish. The hospitality matched the excellence of the food. An unforgettable dining experience in a stunning setting — I would return without hesitation.

Dinner at Koro was absolutely fantastic. The whole experience felt so cozy and inviting, with a beautiful Japanese-inspired ambiance that made the evening even more special. The team looked lovely in their cute kimonos, which really added to the authentic and charming vibe of the place. The food was beautifully prepared by a talented chef, and every dish was thoughtfully presented and full of flavor. The service was also amazing—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout the night. My favorites were definitely the matcha dessert and the steak… both were incredibly delicious and left a lasting impression. Truly a memorable dining experience, and I can’t wait to come back again!
