This clinic appears to take advantage of tourists. I visited for an ear blockage, and the treatment was rushed and ineffective. They briefly flushed my ear a couple of times, then checked and told me it was clear. When I said my ear still felt blocked, I was told it was just water and would resolve on its own. A week later, there was no improvement. I eventually managed to clean my ear myself, and a large amount of wax came out—clearly the blockage hadn’t been addressed. Based on my experience, I feel I was misled and charged for a service that wasn’t properly performed. I would not recommend this clinic.

The doctor is woman, she speaks english fluently and detail about my disease, and the prescription drug works well. The cost is 200k rupiah which is reasonable price! Highly recommend for anyone in Labuan Bajo. PS: she is pretty and cheerful ☺️

Clinic is inside a naval base. The Dr was quick to see us. Prescribed us some antibiotics which was exactly what we needed and didn’t charge us for the visit. There is a pharmacy right across the street. Would recommend for non serious stuff like colds and flu , etc. thanks! Edit: we went back 5 days later (the antibiotics worked great for the cold) for some fire coral sting on the hand and some lady issues for my wife. FYI the Dr is a woman and was very attentive and helpful and sweet. She speaks great English. Charged us 200k or 13 USD for the visit. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Shaza is amazing—so kind and helpful! She speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy. I visited her because I had a terrible cough that caused my right ear to become blocked. She performed an ear irrigation and prescribed medication for the inflammation. The total cost was around $20aud.

Great doctor, patient, speaks good English and very reasonable charge. She helped me clean and disinfect the wounds I got from dropping my bike very gently and patiently. Thank you!

Consulted the military GP twice during my stay in Labuan Bajo. Very friendly and helpful doctor. Excellent proficiency in English and he explained all steps of the examination and follow-up actions for treatment. Highly recommended!
